What are your hours?
We operate by appointment only, Monday through Saturday. Appointment availability varies from day to day and can be viewed through the online booking platform. If you don’t see a time that works for you, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. If you have any questions about payment options, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
I’m new here, where should I start?
Welcome! We’re excited to meet you. The best place to start is by booking a complimentary consultation through the online booking platform. If you’re unsure which service is right for you, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help guide you.
What are your policies and shop etiquette?
We want every guest to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. If you have any questions about salon policies, cancellations, late arrivals, or what to expect during your visit, please contact us directly. We’re always happy to help.
What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
- Clients with an outstanding balance must settle their balance before booking future appointments.
- Clients who no-show and do not respond within 24 hours may be restricted from booking future services.
What if I arrive late?
To ensure we stay on schedule for all clients, we offer a short grace period:
- Appointments lasting 60 minutes or longer include a 10-minute grace period.
- Appointments lasting 30–45 minutes include a 5-minute grace period.
If you arrive after the grace period, your appointment may need to be canceled and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Do I need a deposit to book?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable if booking policies are violated.
Can I bring a guest?
To maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, outside guests are not permitted unless previously discussed and approved.
Do you accept walk-ins?
B3 Beauty by Bailey is by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins, and same-day appointments are generally unavailable. Please book in advance through our online booking platform.
