Shop Policies
To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide adequate notice.
- Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
- Clients with an outstanding balance will not be able to book future appointments until the balance has been paid in full.
- No-shows who do not respond within 24 hours may be restricted from booking future services.
Punctuality Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can provide the highest quality service.
- Services scheduled for 60 minutes or longer include a 10-minute grace period.
- Services scheduled for 30–45 minutes include a 5-minute grace period.
- Clients arriving after the grace period may have their appointment canceled and will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Booking Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits are applied toward your service total.
- Deposits are non-refundable if booking policies are violated, including late cancellations, no-shows, or excessive lateness.
Shop Etiquette
- To maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, outside guests are not permitted unless previously approved.
- B3 Beauty by Bailey operates by appointment only.
- Walk-ins and same-day appointments are not available.
